4.Refund

Due to the nature of digital products, the ToDoIt product cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights. Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt ToDoIt or its users. Intellectual Property Ownership ToDoIt and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToDoIt and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6.User Content

By submitting or posting content on ToDoIt, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of ToDoIt. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ToDoIt, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use ToDoIt will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using ToDoIt.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

ToDoIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the operation or availability of ToDoIt. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ToDoIt or its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use ToDoIt; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from ToDoIt; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through ToDoIt by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through ToDoIt.

10.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToDoIt and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of ToDoIt.
